Holiday Opening Hours

Goldtresor remains operational on exchange trading days throughout the holiday period, so you can invest in physical gold, silver, platinum, and palladium online even from beside the Christmas tree or the New Year's fireworks.

Our telephone and in-person customer service will be closed on working days between 29 December 2025 and 2 January 2026. The collection and delivery of goods will also be suspended during this period.

Re-opening: Monday, 5 January 2026 at 09:30.

Delivery orders placed during the closure will be dispatched on 5 January 2026 and are expected to arrive at the given address on 6 January 2026.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed once per business day.
